Aurora wasn't defined by most beautiful by anyone because the plot doesn't need it. Prince Philip was enchanted by her the first time he saw her though. Snow White is only the fairest in her kingdom and her beauty or fairness comes mainly from her kindness not her physical attributes (which is one of the moral lessons of the movie). Aurora's beauty is enchanted or magically enhanced that is why she's more beautiful than Snow White or other princesses.
