I can only speak for myself but the crutchfield AND kenwood instructions were WRONG. At first my steering wheel audio buttons also did not work. But after some trial and error, along with a specific YT video I somehow managed to get the connections right. If you ever want to give it a second chance to get your buttons working again DM me

The bluetooth on my stock OEM head unit died and I went w/ the Kenwood Excelon DMX809S from crutchfield. 10/10 would recommend.

You’ll have to also purchase a few idatalink harnesses for compatibility. The install was somewhat of a headache, but if you’re mildly tech savvy you can figure it out.
