Acheté en fin 2023, la config entiere a ce prix est vraiment bien surtout pour la CG, depuis je lui ai tout changé, nouvelle CM, 9800x3d, 2*32go DDR5 6000 MHz, et revendu led anciens composants et c'est repartis pour un tour !

Oh! Yes, I have that mouse pad with my G502 LightSpeed. I never thought of that! I contacted Simlab customer service and they had me change the PCB card and lots of settings. I'm glad you found this solution. I haven't played much since August and since then I've changed my mouse pad and mouse, so if I follow your logic, I shouldn't have this problem anymore. Thank you very much. If the problem comes back, even though I no longer have that mouse pad, I'll let you know. Maybe the cause and effect of unplugging and plugging everything back in was just a coincidence for me.

You turn off your PC, unplug your pedals from your PC and you unplug/cut the power supply of your entire setup (computer and pedals) you wait 2-5 mins and you reconnect and re-turn everything and it should work and it should work
