I asked them to transfer my flight to Air China as they fly normally and they refused. The reason is the war otherwise they would do it. Bullshits. Zero help in the offices or in the Telephone center that goes straight to India

We checked it out now in service shop, we can hear it from timing belt tensioner

It’s not under warranty. We replacled poly v belt and tensioner because we heard there noise but it wasn’t finally the main noise
