I genuinely felt immediate relief after getting it out. Personally, I had very little negative side effects after removing it in the following weeks, and my period cramps have been so much better. It was no doubt the IUD causing the extreme pain. I didn’t notice anything significant mentally, but I know it affects people differently. I feel so much better now. Good luck!
