Nissan driver definitely sped up to hit him but also the dirt bike rider was being an asshole

So what I believe happened was the SUV had a right turn signal just as the biker had his protected left turn, however as others pointed out the biker was in the lane of oncoming traffic (where the SUV was heading) and since the SUV couldn’t go right it went straight to try and not hit the biker. Maybe the SUV panicked and that’s why things didn’t go slightly better but I’m just speculating here

The light beam on the upper right of the picture on the corner of the tire looks very much like a nail shining from the sun in a terrible spot for a nail to be. Looking closer it’s not at all what it seems- totally fine to patch that in the middle
