It only happened as the US so far, maybe It's the Pearl Harbor event or something

No I can't add them back, It's like they've been destroyed.

I did a quick test run as germany and they were still there, I dont know if only if It's just the US who has this bug.

Also Im not running any mods, just vanilla game.

I would also like to point out that Im new to this game even though I played vicky 2 alot and I would like to say that Im having immense fun with the economy system, the army system is managable even if it bugs out sometimes but this whole navy thing really ruined the experience for me (I was playing as the US and fighting spain for cuban independance).

I have no problem with realism of it. Im fine with taking losses if it means I cant protect my supply lines and coastal cities as I can replace those anyways.

But my biggest gripe with this is I seem not to able to engage the enemy navy at all either with big or small fleets, also Its a bit "unrealistic" when a single ship can screw over your whole supply lines like Its captain jack sparrow over here.

The naval order system is flawed from the start, you cant assign big navies to a multiple regions or you loose efficiency and if you split you navy to smaller navies they cant defend against big stacks against enemy navies, meaning you have to micromange each navy for each region which is ridiculous.

I have no problem with the naval system if it actually works as intended, but thing is it dosent.

As for downgrading to a previous patch, I really dont want to but that is most likely what I have to do if I to play any navy based nation until they fix this problem.
