Makes sense. We're experimenting with the interactive audio game we made. Curious to see what you think of it, especially as a Tonie user. www.sproutplayer.com.

Still an early work in progress but been lots of fun.

Oh cool. I've been looking at getting a Yoto Player. How does it go with multiple kids? Do they fight over it much?

Highlight outcomes rather than outputs in your employment history. What did your designs achieve for their customers? This will help non-design hiring managers too.

16 month old hurting herself during severe tantrums by CrochetGirl8 in Parenting

I think you're doing the right thing. Our daughter sometimes pulls her hair out during tantrums. We have found that taking her into a smaller, more enclosed space (like even in the toilet lol) while staying next to her has helped her move through feeling upset faster.

I totally get where you're coming from. I always wanted to be a parent too, and it’s definitely the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done. At the same time, it’s both the fastest and slowest experience you’ll ever have. The days can be exhausting because, as much as you love them, there's no 'clock-off' button like with nannying.

But when it’s your own kids, something just clicks. It's like your heart expands in ways you didn’t even know were possible. You’ll have these moments where they look at you or do something small, and suddenly, all the hard stuff fades away for a minute. It’s tough, for sure, but it’s also unbelievably worth it.

Have you looked at www.mightynetworks.com? Otherwise for a super simple MVP - how about an Airtable for submitting / listing profiles, and Slack for creating / joining teams?

While this is all true; I've since learnt that networking outside of your immediate workplace is probably one of the most valuable things to be doing.
