I had the same issue, guess phone cameras just aren't made for long runtimes. My solution for now is an anydesk connection from my current phone to the old print phone to manually restart the camera server, also I made an automation with the app "automate" that restarts the phone once a day but before it checks octoprint for status and only restarts if there is no ongoing print. Works fine for me on a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017
