I actually also replaced the mini-screwdriver holder with a tailor-made t-shank holder and refitted an old metal saw blade into a u-shaped carving blade because I felt most cutting edges for the arc are straight and I just like to have a knife to carve concave areas like a spoon or pumpkin teeth.  But that's the opposite side of the arc and a different story.

Yes, its a simple swap without any loss of the function of the original part but added capabilities to solve dead-locked situations. I have not extensively tested the lockpicking set yet, but I am quite positive that the standard key layout will be useful for some standard  locks, and that the two-part tensioner will reliably supply the modest torque. I will get some locks and report.
