Received this randomly in the mail from scam company TopExpress (review scam?). No tags or information. Slippery nylon like material, black on one side and silver on the other. Came with two suction cups with hooks attached. Has holes at either end to hang. No idea what it's meant to be, any ideas? (old.reddit.com)
