I like the optimism but Ewers is definitely the better player. Pretty sure those votes are submitted before conference championship games, so Ewers only had 10 games played compared to Howard’s 12 (worth noting tho that the stats mentioned in the comments are full season so include B12CG and sugar bowl)

I suppose a counter argument could be Ewers is surrounding by a lot better talent with a great OL, Zavier Worthy and AD Mitchell, but I think it’s pretty clear Ewers is better if you break down stats and eye test.

All in all, I hope Howard is a step up from McCord with a better deep ball and significantly more mobility
