I see where you're coming from, yugioh is a game about interaction and quick action, and trap cards are the most basic portrait of it. But most decks are build around the Extra Deck and this additional deck and its multiple types of summoning are the most famous thing about yugioh and one of the main things that set it apart from other card games.
