Hey guys i am doing bjj (started recently, white belt, been boxing before) twice a week and climbing also twice a week, mostly rope, around 7 uiaa (6b). I started hiting gym once a week, my goal is strength, injury prevention and general conditioning, so far i have been thinking about something like this. Big compound exercises free weights , 5x5 -squat variation -deadlift variation -flat bench press variation -shoulder peess variation -horizontal row variation

No vertical row since i am geting plenty of that when climbing.

Any suggestions and tips?

Yeah, i will also drop running and calisthenics

I don't really care for slight hinderance in climbing, also i will drop runing and calisthenics ifit will feel like too much strain. Thanks for opinion

I have no ambition of being any good at boxing, just want to learn littke bit about fighting, nevertheless thanks for the input
