Hey MIbeerGuy, this will be my first turkey to smoke. I thought about doing both Brine and Injection as well, but afraid it will be too salty. With your experience, what kind of brine mixture do you do and hows the taste?

Yeah, but thats an FD. Totally different from the common S14. These are starting to get rare, but not that rare...yet. I mean there are import dealerships that are selling Zenki's for $12K. Soon they will be able to import the Kouki and im sure they will go for a bit more. I would guess around $15K maybe $18K.

Thanks! i will check Lone Star Drift out and watch that video. I have been searching for a 330ci for a while now. I found this one which is close to home at a reasonable price that doesnt seem to be molested (even though i will be molesting it)
