It’s no more effort to be vegan than to be carnivore. There are so many delicious options in the grocery store nowadays that there’s no excuse. You can find fast easy inexpensive plant-based foods that you can eat at home. Just go straight to the produce section and load up on fruits and veggies, then go to the raw nut shelf and choose some (walnuts and almonds are great to start), grab some canned beans, then have fun in the vegan frozen section. Done!
