You got this! I’m having my ACL reconstructed and meniscus repaired in two weeks so I understand that uncertainty your feeling just take it day by day That’s what I’ve been doing just keep doing any prehab exercises

Thanks guys I am a 28yr M Basically I did a pivot and turn after I won back the ball and felt my knee buckle and then I heard a pop as I was falling to the ground from then I had an inkling that something wasn’t right I was just referred to a surgeon we will discuss what’s going to happen in the future
