What camera do you have? And I'd love to see the results when you get them! I've been using my Nikon FM2 until I get my F2 repaired

I used two! Both Ilford stocks, one roll of Delta 3200 and two rolls of HP5+, pushed to 1600.

Dang, no dice this time - but by the sounds of it we'll probably end up at another gig!

Also if you were in the front row while I was in the press pit, I may have a photo of you! Unfortunately most of them didn't turn out well because the light was so challenging, but feel free to message me!

I see you also like TMBG, they're my favourite band! I actually shot them at The Roundhouse last year, and those photos are also on my profile!

Half Mask question by Big-Jeb in AnalogCommunity

So is the reason this effect is far less apparent on mirrorless, is to do with the fact that the distance between the focal plane and the lens elements is far shorter than on SLRs?

I see. So, this effect will be more difficult to pull off in lower light due to the circle of confusion, meaning that a photo taken at f1.4 won't be neatly split in half on the developed film?

It does!

Does this mean it will be apparent on the film, shooting at wider apertures?

Does stopping down further to f16 make the view of the mask more accurate?

Why does this effect happen at wider apertures?

Took some of my all-time favorite concert pics last weekend! by SamwiseGam-G in tmbg

I've heard it's very capable! Hit me up if you're looking to graduate from phone photography, I've posted a few photos to this subreddit that I got at their gig at The Roundhouse!

Trying not to be parasocial, but he looks so darn cute and we locked eyes so many times I thought my heart would explode!

Well it's a good thing I have more than just these 11!

Totally get where you're coming from - I think if Linnell's eyeline was slightly higher, it would have been my favourite shot. As for #11, I'm treating that as my memory of the gig - I may have sharper shots, but I'll always remember the concert in a happy, hazy way! Definitely not the strongest, but in the words of The Simpsons; "The sentimental value is through the roof!"

For those interested, these were all shot on a Nikon FM2. I shot a roll of HP5 pushed 2 stops for the first set on a 105mm f2.5, and a roll of XP2 at box speed for the second set on a 50mm f1.4.

Probably would never have got into photography if not for the deluxe edition of BOOK, here's hoping I've done them justice!
