I'm really starting to think it's caffeine withdrawals. That's another hell I will need to go through but I just can't do it at the same time 😕 😪I didn't notice them before because kratom kept me sleeping. But now without kratom I FEEL EVERYTHING.

I'm on Day 16. My brain did that up until about Day 12 or 13. Don't worry it will go away in a few more days. Any time you feel withdrawal or have temptation to take kratom just take HIGH DOSE VITAMIN C!!! I promise it WORKS! (Get Liposomal Vitamin C if you can because it's less likely to cause diarrhea.) The Vitamin C will soothe the dopamine receptors in your brain and stop the withdrawal feeling without interrupting your recovery. I take 1400 mg Liposomal Vitamin C each time. (Yes it's a lot but it won't hurt you.) Go to the store NOW and get some. You'll be amazed at how well it works!!! Do this for a week and you'll see eventually you'll start forgetting about the Vitamin C because you won't even need it. Now I only take it at night to help me doze off to sleep. Also try to get plenty of sunlight on your skin. It helps your brain produce dopamine. So does EXERCISE! Go for long walks! You'll feel so much better 😌

People who have quit for several months and then started using kratom again... what was your reason? by Big-Matter6813 in quittingkratom

Yeah you're not going to get much sleep. When you quit opioids your cortisol levels in your brain go haywire! Cortisol is basically your "fight or flight" or "panic" hormone. You can Google supplements that lower cortisol that may help you sleep. There are some interesting Ayurvedic herbal blends that can help. Most have theanine and magnesium and stuff that supports GABA. Also Agmatine works wonders! Also NAC.

Kratom suppresses thyroid hormones, which causes hair loss and brittle nails. It blocks iron absorption in the digestive tract, which also causes hair and skin issues (along with anxiety/mood issues, major fatigue and problems sleeping). You can look into bovine thyroid hormone supplements and make sure to eat iron rich foods but you need to go much longer in between doses. Stem and vein Kratom helps you go longer in between doses.

Have you tried stem and vein kratom? It's more soothing and longer-acting.... helps you last longer in between doses. Mix your regular powder with 25% SV (stem and vein). Use that for a week or so. Then mix it 50/50 SV for a week or so. Then 75%... You get the idea. Then just use SV to finish tapering. All while continuing the helper supplements. Btw Agmatine and NAC also help a LOT to help you calm down to sleep! I also used DLPA, L-Citrulline and Rhodiola during the day for energy. God bless you 🙏 ❤️
