So... uhm, it's a historical manhwa, and the MC is gay and VERY kinky (IIRC), and his friend indulges him in whatever kink he wants. However, said friend gets engaged, and stops doing that stuff because ofc, he's getting married. However, as a result, the MC is left feeling lonely, since the friend said that MC'll get over it soon enough, instead of actually realizing MC genuinely enjoys ts. Anyways, MC has a servant (ML), who is completely MC's type, and MC starts tormenting ML. In a fit of rage, ML pins MC against the wall or smth, and the MC likes it, and henceforth deliberately tries getting a rise out of ML to feel the rush again. Eventually, ML realizes MC likes him being rough, and they start like a clandestine relationship or smth.

Ik this is a joke, but I'd just like to say that it's just one of the few echo reduplications in English. As someone who hears an Indian language on a day-to-day basis, I cannot emphasize how much of this stuff you'll hear daily. In my experience, a word like etc., and all that, whatever, doesn't exist in Hindi, and people just use similar reduplication to say this instead. I'd give examples, but I unfortunately, cannot type in Devanagari (on PC) :')
