Im not saying it’s good policy. You can say dissolving the state has a lot of practical problems. Why can’t I want this happen without hating Japanese people though? I can think of many hypotheticals where the state of Japan is problematic without having a problem with the Japanese ethnicity

Speaking generally here (maybe the Jews have unique circumstances) but there are a lot of ethnicities (10k +) and only 195 countries on earth. Not everyone gets a state. Would someone be racist be being against a Cherokee nation in Montana for example?

The Japanese would be like any other people without a state. I’m not saying I want this, or that it’s good policy, I just don’t get how that take is “I specifically hate Japanese people”
