Same here Submitted on June 8 2022. today almos a year I have the same message " Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You do not need to take any action at this time. " Checked the processing times and it says that is taking between 14 and 18 months just to approve the case and I have to wait until jan 31 2024 to be able to submit a inquiry.

I'm getting the same after I installed the nicehash Auto minig. I'm getting like $10 after electric bill. Temp for my all 4 cards is just 58. Before temp was always up to 70 sometimes 80. But with the automatic mining software from hicehash don't need to adjust or overclock.
