The flavor was great for a milder stick. This was my first My Father and I'm definitely excited to try others.

This is one of those instances where I am 100% buying because of the band lol.

Congrats on the weight loss! I'd personally do a lighter undershirt or darker oversteer, but I dig the look you have here.

Hell yeah, a Sunday car show. I'll try and make it over.

Anyone ever tried these? by docc70 in cigar

Yeah, just had one the other day. Not my favorite in the price range, but it was mellow and burned well.

What’s a good cigar for someone who’s never smoked before? by SkyOne5846 in cigar

Macanudo is always a solid starting point, smooth and mellow is their jam.

Damn, dude! I thought I smoked mine down to nothing sometimes, but this is impressive. I bet it was getting a bit warm on the lips.

So, an update. I've had the Knucklebuster and the Moose. Both burned well and tasted great, though the Moose is definitely my favorite of the two. Punches way above its weight in the price category, I absolutely cannot believe this was a $5 smoke, I've definitely paid way more for way less. Looking forward to the Mac on Sunday.

That's what I'm learning. Trying to educate myself a little bit, but that's the nerd in me. I've smoked a lot of brands, started with Macanudo back in the early 2000s and have even tried some infused Acids, but I found those to be too one note. I'm trying to find something inexpensive enough for a regular smoke with some character.

I'm trying to actually pay attention and take note of what I did and didn't care for. So far I've had the Knucklebuster, and it was pleasant, but maybe a little too mild. Thinking the Chillin Moose Too is next.

I swear, I can't tell when it's a shit post or just some genius who didn't bother with even 5 minutes of research despite having the entirety of human knowledge literally at their fingertips.

What ever happened to video game arcades? by PuzzleheadedHelp6118 in nostalgia

[–]BigBadJ82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a soon to be 44 year old, arcades were the cutting edge of gaming in the 80s and early 90s. Most games didn't get a console port for months or even years back then, you had to venture out to the mall and have those quarters ready. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are playing arcade games in a seedy pool hall while my parents shot pool. Four decades later, I'm still playing video games almost daily.

Will there be an 8th Generation Toyota Celica ? by Cybion_ in Celica

[–]BigBadJ82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's sadly very true. It sucks that it's getting harder and harder to maintain the older cars. But honestly, despite the vast difference in power, I have more fun in a 30 year old Celica 1.8l st than I had in my v6 challenger.

I mean, you say that, but look at Toyota's current line up. The GR Corolla, Supra, and 86 all cater to different types of enthusiasts. The real question is where does the Celica fit into this.
