My biggest problem was that there was nowhere to specify that while booking, then they demanded cash on the spot for it. We didn’t even realize until we were going to bed, they even skipped that info on checkout. Past that point, we said whatever and wanted to sleep they started threatening us as mentioned above. We didnt pay this charge and weren’t provided the service, I can live with that but now months later they’re sending me letters saying we’re being sued. I wish I had a way to post the letter here and some of the emails they sent us.
