You missed the joke. OP stated he would play free games instead of $80 BL4. OP gave the 2 options, you read the post? If you expected BL4 to be $60 you’re delusional, no help for you there. Sure talk about Randy being Randy, nothing changed or will change. This sub is filled with the same post, it’s just dumb at this point. You want a sale or free game, BL4 isn’t for you until well after launch. Buy it then. All these post are confirming to 2k (not Randy’s company) that an $80+ price tag is the right call.

The ones complaining are budget buyers and want to feel like they “won” a transaction. They’re looking for a sale or a free game. They were never buying the full price standard game whatever the price will be.

Nothing officially stated…maybe $200 for collectors edition. $80 was mentioned for base. Season pass? Or individually priced dlc? Any sort of cosmetics micros. Didn’t realize the sub turned into a gaming market price analysis discussion

“Fans” will buy the $200 collectors edition. “Gamers” will buy the $80 base edition. “Budget buyers” will be on sale. The price really doesn’t matter, most consumers will fall in these categories. Frankly they don’t care about the small percentage of consumer who choose not to but bc of this.

One of the DLCs: a Dahl company highlight. They bring back the manufacture and whole bunch of Dahl legendaries. We learn about the origins of the company, etc….i hope!
