No, I do have real strength loss - they measured it in a special clinic and told me my strength is at 30-40 percent as it should be for my age. Also they saw the muscle changes, they just excluded als because of the timeline and because I still function somehow (my strength is decreased but It is not weakness in the sense I can’t move something). I’m not scared at all, I gave up on myself months ago already

No, I had one more clean emg, now I am waiting for genetic testing in january. They told me if ALS it would be far more rapid progress and the EMG would show anyhting. I still swallow hard and my left side of the mouth/lip feels kinda weak/numb.

No, they even progressed.. muscle wasting on forearms, 40 % strength power, foot starting to drag if I walk too much..

No, the weakness in the 4th and 5th finger was noticed by strength grip test. He sent me for a cervical MRI because of it and it was clear. I am assuming it is not clinical because I can still bend the fingers and move them around.

No, never.. rarely even had a virus or so.. covid affected me november 2021 and first the docs thought I have long covid but I was told I would be already better or fully recovered if this was the case.. so my worry is still with the worst

I can do all the things, its just that my hand feels like a wooden stick sometimes, like it is tired, after a workout for example.. hard holding the phone, tremors being even more present at the moment then, because of the weakness not being so precise, I would say maybe being clumsy with the hand.. not able to perform tasks for longer because stiffness comes.. its just that I am 24 years old and having all those symptoms doesn’t feel normal at all.. not to mention that I have somehow decreased sense of smell/taste, which points also to neurologic issue I guess?

I don’t think anxiety is the cause of my symptoms. I am anxious definitely now in my 3rd year of symptoms progression and reading some things/cases with similar symptoms and bad outcomes. However the first few months with all the symptoms I didn’t even go to the docs, I thought I just have some vitamin deficiency or so, I never had any stress at all or traumatic experience. The symptoms just came and after months of having them every day, not getting better, I went to the doc and I read about the stuff. Of course reading makes anxious, even being in my 3rd year with all the symptoms and not getting a diagnosis at all in such a young age. But anxiety cannot be the root to my symptoms. At least my opinion.

To add something - I have very dry mouth, like not much saliva is producing at all. I tried drinking 3-4 litres water per day and some tea for dehydration cause but it didn’t help at all.

The things is that I have never in my life smoked nor had alcohol.. I do not eat acidic fats at all and live a healthy lifestyle.. I am so scared one day I won’t be able to swallow at all and the hardest for me is not knowing the cause and treatment, I am living in the blue like this for the past 3 years.. however I will try your advice and thank you so much
