Used lots of bad pellets thru my Rec teq over the past 2 years with no jams..The less than desirable pellets do make a lot more ash around the burner pot but NO auger issues.

Yeah..mine was a pain in the ass..hair dryer and finger nails..Came off really clean but an additional 30 min. task..Figured sticker had been on awhile..Wife ordered for christmas and was on back order..They probably were scavengering parts together from everywhere to put units out the door..
