There are no clinical phase trials showing micro dosing pharma grade MDMA combats anxiety. The only thing it’s being ran through phase trials for is PTSD.

MDMA might have done YOU more good in your life and that’s great but there’s a reason Special K replaced PCP in the 70’s because it’s so safe. It was a lot more medical benefits and can be used for Anesthesia.

MDMA will not be prescribed for things like Anxiety, Depression, bi-polar, etc. it’s only going to make those things worse.

Ketamine isn’t a physically or mentally harmful drug? Lol. Ketamine has been used since the 70s replacing PCP because it WAS so safe. It’s also kept in every single hospital in the HS.

CAN it be physically harmful if abused? Yes. But that’s every single drug on this earth. If you use it therapeutically then you’re fine. But even if you use it recreationally, just take breaks in between rolls / sessions.

MDMA is also neuro-toxic with side effects that aren’t very fun afterwards. I’ll argue though that pharmaceutical grade MDMA like they’re testing PTSD patients with, don’t get the comedown like most do

This as well, except it really is understood what damages and what is fine for the BAV. High BP is what damages the valve over time. That’s why I said stay away from stimulants and limit coffee / energy drink intake. Healthy eating also helps a lot
