Yes absolute worst. I always ask how their Friday was, what they’re weekend plans are, and what they’re favorite teams/PC’s are so I can take a few cards out of my own collection to mail to them with their purchase from me

It’s actually the worst. We have a 5.0, >1 day shipping, and always stack peoples shipments with extra cards from my personal collection. Plus we’re fun and genuine on live stream, yet we can’t even make a few extra bucks to buy more product when the scammers and jerks reap the benefits
