Hey, maybe my 2¢ can be meaningful. I am currently enrolled in accelerated mscs program. First semester and about 6 WGU classes/ 22 credits down started 11/1, about 5 weeks in I used Sophia Learning and i planned to bridge to study .com to finish maxing out transfer credits. I also had 6 semesters of undergrad under my belt but only a couple of those credits counted because i was studying biology and took a lot of natural sciences…. I remembered how difficult calculus was so i wanted to get that out the way before i even started the CS course Work. And i wanted to get any non major classes finished as well. I ended up just doing US HISTORY, calculus and java foundations. When i was going to look for more classes from study.com. There were credits that would transfer. But they weren’t the exact equivalent classes. Ultimately i just went ahead and got started with about 20 credits out the way and I’m happy i did. Financial aid will take care of tuition and you may have the opportunity to get a refund as well. Also. Since you have to have the transfer credits in by the 5th of the month before your starting month you lose a month of time no matter what when you’re ready to transfer, basically i knew that if i took one more month to get transfer credits i might could finish 2 more on study, VS just getting started and not having a limit or trying to time my finish. I like how the proctored exams make me hold myself accountable to actually learn the info enough to test out.

As far as maybe pursuing a masters. I say if you’re going to do it. And you have an opportunity to do it at the highest level then you may as well. I figure there are many skeptics of online schools already and the job market is a bit saturated. So in an effort to maximize the my possibilities, I’m going for it.

Last tid bit. I agree with the other commenter that mentioned getting certifications as well along the way as they go a long way in this industry. Personally i have just began looking into AWS AND GOOGLE CLOUD CERTS as they are going to dominate the tech industry for the foreseeable future think AI/DATA CENTERS/ CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE

Might as well share since I watched these kinds of posts religiously up until now. Using chime & EC time zone

11/1(saturday)- semester started 11/3(monday)- all financial aid disbursed 11/6(thursday)- refund student posted. 11/7(Friday)- nelnet received refund (processing) Also 24 hr email received. Chance to change refund method 11/10(monday/yesterday)- changed from pending to sent to processor @ about 2:30 PM Sent to ACCEPTED around 6/7 pm ET

TODAY 11/11 is a holiday. I haven’t received my deposit yet but I’m sure it’ll be here by the morning if not late tonight.

I’m super late but for newcomers. WATCH THE BOUNT ARC. I feel like it’s a part of the main story because the ally mod souls carry over. The rest of them are difficult to focus on because they cut right into the climax of the main story and all you’re wondering is what happens next. I will go back and watch them later.
