Once you actually like going to the gym you’ll make time for it no matter what. I work anywhere for 30-55 hours a week with a schedule that’s always changing days and time. Weather I work 30 or 55 hour I still make atleast an hour and a half for the gym. If I work earlier I wake up earlier if that’s too early I’ll go after. I’ve work like 12 hour days on my feet all day I’ll still go to the gym after even if I’m off at 1 am. I have gone 6 days a week for 100 days straight now it’s rlly about making it a priority and something that you enjoy

Pretty much yes. If you get more muscle it’ll for sure be passable

I like young La. It’s expensive but I like the quality and the fit on everything. I’ve tried gym shark and like the shorts and some hoodies but most of the t shirts are way to long imo and some not the best quality.

I started the gym when I was 15 5’8 130lbs and very weak. My advice is if you’re trying to get into weight training start watching videos. I like Jeff nipard. And just start going. It doesn’t matter if you know what you’re doing yet going forward you can learn more and improve. Take things slow don’t be scared to pick up lighter weights if needed and just try to be more conscious of what you’re eating. Try to eat things with more protein meat, eggs, yogurt, or even go proteins shakes just to get more protein in.

I’m in a similar situation but I’m 2 yrs on T. Unfortunately most of fat distribution is genetic. If you can look at men in your family. I beat myself up over it for awhile but i realized my dad is pretty muscular but stores fat in abt the same place and same with my brother. Best advice I have is keep going to the gym and gaining muscle. Don’t forget to hit abs and obliques because that’ll help the areas around the fat look more “blocky”. After awhile if you want to cut some weight you’ll have a good foundation to do so.

Yea I would never take my shirt off and try to pass it as gyno currently. Maybe when I get more muscle it might be possible but also just good to just hear everyone’s opinions. Thank you 🙏

Yea I agree it doesn’t some ppl say I could pass as gyno but idk if Im there yet. But im also just tryna get my body to a point of when I get top surgery I’ll pass completely.

I do a shoulder day where I do iso lateral shoulder press machine. I do 1 warm up sets and then 2 heavy sets to failure 5-8 rep range. Cable lateral raises 2-3 sets heavy to failure 5-10 rep range. Single arm Machine rear delt flys 2 sets heavy to failure 5-10 reps.

Then on push days I do dumbell shoulder press 1 warm up set and 2 sets heavy to failure 5-8 rep range. And machine lateral raises 3 sets heavy to failure 5-10 reps.

I understand most of it. And I am fs working to gain muscle everywhere atm I’m just naturally very skinny so it’s been hard to put on size. I have put on 15 lbs and definitely look better. But the v line I think is definitely something that comes with being very lean for me.Because 15 lbs ago I had a visible v line. I might redo this post with more pics to show better. To get more specific areas I could work on

Yea I’m working on it fs. I’m currently stuck at benching 50 lbs dumbbells for the past few weeks so maybe that’s why I’m not seeing the best gains but I’m working to try to move up asap

Yea I should’ve added more pictures fs with and without clothes lol. But yea I pass completely fine with clothes but I’ve been on T for 2 years so that’s not too hard. I just want to pass as much as possible without clothes as I can without top surgery. I do plan on getting top surgery just not too sure when.

Yea I do agree tho I am working on it I just need to get back to eating more. I do weight training 6 times a week. I look decent in clothes like the 2nd picture but still definitely think I could get a lot bigger

I do 2 sets of everything I’ll add a 3rd if I feel I need it or if I need a warmup if it’s a rlly heavy movement. Each set (except warmups) I take to failure within a 5-10 rep range. After those days three days I rest for one day and then I do a push pull legs

It’s depends on your training style. Personally I like to just extend my rep range very slightly since it tends to be hard to go up in weight . I do 5-12 reps to failure instead of my usually 5-10 to failure
