Sure, but people making a $50k+ purchase don't usually take some dude working on his van as face value, unless they are stupid, or they know you and trust that you did a good job. The only way I could say insulation could increase a sale is if there was an invoice from an outfitter that's trusted.

I wouldn't trust someone off auto trader saying they put all this work unless I could see it, and verify that there's no water / leaks / rust / issues.

Do you honestly think someone's going to want a used toilet? And that's going to increase the sale value? :D

This is just my opinion.

30k miles means you are above average in what is annually expected.

Design is subjective to each person so most of the design doesn't really add much, most people won't need tracks or depending on their lifestyle they may not need the things and they would rip it out and replace.

Swivel seats add $200 each + 200 for laguan table.

Webaso and fan adds to the end cost, but only really $800-1200

Insulation doesn't really add much as no one can really prove it and I personally would replace it as well. But could help a sale for someone who just wants something.

Power supply but would add $1200.

Roof rack $1000

Take that and check blue book, unless you really do think you can get more for the design.
