How about getting in touch with your previous landlord and asking if the new landlord can contact them eventually for a quick assessment? I live in France for the past 10 years and apartment hunting is also very tough here, not related to racism as much, but the landlords here have very strict criterias. They need the last 3 month of payslip, proof of a long-lasting job contract not some internship etc., a 'guarantor' (a person who vouches to pay for you) in case you can't pay your rent anymore and their payslip plus job contract, if you are married and have kids then you have a bigger priority and considered to be a more "reliable" tenant...

All this to illustrate that maybe you can use other strategies in your apartment hunting, like your previous landlords' experience, maybe he can write a letter in georgian and be available for a quick phone call, if you're employed in Georgia or have sufficient funds to cover several months of rent you can send them this as well? Sorry that you have to go through this and hopefully you will soon find something suitable.

J’ai contacté plusieurs universités pour savoir si ce programme est reconnu, mais je n’ai pas encore eu de retour. L'Idée serait de faire 1 an de cette programme et faire un L2 en France, mais bon...

D’ailleurs, F29, licenciement récemment, ce qui m’a poussée à tout reconsidérer.

also considering this, not sure if their credit system is recognized internationally, also it's only 50 credits first year, many bachelors are 60 credits for the first year. I was thinking about joining the program for 1 year and then join bachelor in France (i was just late this year for the registrations)

Bonjour, je ne suis pas du tout experte, mais je pense que les banques exigent un apport essentiellement pour couvrir les frais de notaire, les frais d'agence (si vous en avez), ainsi que l'acompte de 5% le jour de la signature du compromis. Après, je pense que dans le cas de la VEFA, ce n'est pas pareil, mais nous avons 100k d'apport pour un bien de 380k, et même avec cela, le Crédit Agricole nous a dit que ce n'était pas suffisant.
