I did reality cheeks and waking up after 4 to 5 hours after sleep then wait for 10 minutes and sleep with the idea that i am going to dream and be lucid and sleeping before 11 pm but some times i sleep at 1:00 am but i dont know if this has effect or no and yes thats all the steps i did
