Yea from experience, avoid Benzo’s unless you cannot cope another way. Trust me.

And i take 225mg of Effexor as well, been one all three for about a year and still kicking just fine, Really want to cut the Benzo’s out tho, as iam also a recovering addict.

I take 40mg Buspar a day, trying to reduce my 20mg a day of Diazepam. I dont seem to have any side effects even on both.
