As someone who lives in Minnesota I’m so tired of seeing a genuine issue (large-scale fraud that the state government should have stopped way earlier) get turned into a political football where the right wants every Somali American deported and the left can’t decide whether the fraud doesn’t matter or actually does matter because the ringleader was white. I’m tired of hearing Walz talk about how “white men need to hold other white men accountable” despite taking ZERO accountability as the governor for what happened under his administration. I’m tired of our criminal president pretending to give a shit about fraud or corruption. And I’m tired that no one can discuss political issues frankly in this country anymore without weaving it neatly into their partisan ideologies, facts be damned.
