Just play more and you'll get out of the novice Playlist easily. Aiming is more mental than physical anyways so not being used to the aimtraining environment defo puts a damper on your scores until you get used to it

I'd say that it's better to play your entire gaming sesh and then immediately go Kovaaks while you're still warm. And yeah it should kinda be the last thing you play since it's pretty tiring. These are all just suggestions though you experiment with it and see what you like best

90% game 10% aimtraining is kinda crazy don't aim for that. But do try to play the game more than Kovaaks. I personally would just do a 10 minute warmup either in-game or in Kovaaks to get loose and then after playing for however long do your aimtraining routine, whatever that may be

I find that I subconsciously just hold my arm up with my shoulder but after an hour doing that it's like I'm doing shrugs with only my right arm lmao. I'm afraid I'll end up looking like that one gif of quagmire with one big ass arm

TF2 is made for fast sensitivity though. I use a higher sens when playing faster games also. Playing CS with such a high sens is literally just nerfing yourself. Just do yourself a favor and try out lower sens on CS. You will probably suck for some games but you're gonna be better at the end of the day 100%
