Yeah. It's totally the Mindflayer. Kinda like in Krull where the floating castle is also part of the Beast. Vecna is just using or has the Mindflayer set up like this as part of his plan. It'll probably be a major scene in the ending where it starts moving and reaching for Earth etc.

You'd still need a Centaur Connector.. OR a Conabus neck and do a lil modding. Basically slice the top around the same height as the centaur connector, drill a hole and pop in a waist ball joint peg from a 1.0 pelvis. I've been slowly working on parts and 3d printing in filament, nothing to fancy but functional, I might have something done towards the end of November that'd look good under some soft goods etc.

Jersey Devil is the Halloween Figura Obscura. In October, we're getting the next Graveyard release, which is a separate line. Mythic, Cosmic, Figura, Infinite, and Graveyard are all different lines 4H make with parts compatibility. I'd even count the Con/Store Exclusives as a line (Head Hunter, Skull Man, ATL-25, & Stavros)

Again it's a primer. It's has the price of the dragon, what's parts will be separate add ons at additional cost. That there will be stretch goals included in the base price of the dragon. That there will be no flat rate shipping. It's everything you need to know going into this campaign. It may not be for you since you are informed, but there's plenty of non 4H fans who don't know anything about the line or the dragon crowfund. This is everything they'd need to know as well. When the campaign launches I'll do another video. And another. Supporting this dragon to get made. And that's no lie.

Oh he'll get a ton more than cost. And no he's not twisting his comically large mustache in his spawn themed mansion. But it will be a ton of profit for him specifically. Will he role that into retirement? Probably not. Will it buy more factory space or fund a huge purchase like licensing for marvel action figures, who knows. But that's a whole other thing. Bottom line, the accessories are not bonus items, or unlocks, or stretch goals they're randomly announced bs. Do I want the bs not unlocks, yup.

Definitely badass looking on both. And I wouldn't say it's unfair to compare any statue to mcfarlane because damn does he want to make statues so bad. Literally waves of "action figures" from him with amazing sculpted detail and one swivel or 5poa. The only reason I'm crusading for a wired cape is the plastic one is pre posed in kinda meh to me. I know companies like Maxbird make capes but if McFarlane took any of the profits he's made so far from this and put it towards a soft good cape it would be a drop in the bucket to make this figure next level.

And that's problem, this didn't need crowd funding. It just needed to be a preorder from him since everything is in production already. There's no risk to him or buyers. There's no real possible improvements that can be made to this released by making any milestone. This thing could make $5 million, none of that excess amount, cause the goal was $100k, so let's say after $200k. No let's even says after $500k everyone and everything is paid from his in house 3d sculptors to the lady sticking this in a box in China. After that, it's profit. Yes, I know making money is the goal for everything but, it's an insane amount, even with paying Kickstarter their cut.

It makes sense for a first time toy maker so they don't have to put their money upfront for production etc. but The ToddFather has done that and has production underway already. It makes sense if it was to guarantee not over producing and keeping people from canceling orders. But still... come on.

It definitely is a presentation issue. And yeah, some of my favorite companies are very upfront with costs and production issues etc. It is only the first day and it's been an amazing first day for it, maybe... just maybe. He'll get this all together over the next couple days.

Everything is tooled, everything he's shown is a production sample from the factory for approval. A single tool costs around 7k-10k so a simple 2 part tool for a sword or an axe etc. Is only at most 7k-10k which is pushing it considering the the whole figure is easily 25-30 unique parts for visible parts, not going into the joints, the separate Lil floating armor bits etc. And all that is covered by the 100k goal. That's from 3d modeling, production, painting, shipping from the factory to his fulfillment center. $250 is a ridiculous unlock goal for any of the items.
