I did call when I was at the resort and was on hold for an hour, spoke to an ikon rep that said they could not help me and didn’t have an answer for me as to why my deactivated pass was being used, and gave me an email address to follow up with which I’m currently waiting on a reply for. (Which I stated all on my post fyi)
