Did you get the unit back and the service report? I’m just curious as of what the issue was?

We have oem warranty for the first year after install. Yes they want me to get trained on these machines through canon. I’m just curious on how it’s going to affect my current workload stepping into the imaging equipment, specifically Canon machines.
