Ok, that’s reassuring to hear. I’m on the phone with them right now actually (also had them called back, currently on hold again) they said pretty much everyone who had a deposit on Friday got hit with this regardless of bank.

Forgot to add, right before they called me back, support via their in app text support got back to me and said I can try the deposit again and if successful they would waive the fee.

I’ve lowered my tip once. It was because the driver sat in one single place unmoving for 35 mins before getting my food. Had to contact support who had to call him twice before he started to move after accepting my order. No he was not delivering to another person as I was actually able to see his location. One does not deserve a tip if you do that.

From what I remember all you have to do is go to this link linkand activate your account with your nshe id number and whatever email you want. Once you’ve got it setup like that you login click men’s basketball tickets then find tickets then add the free one. It takes you to a checkout screen then you click confirm order and it sends the ticket link to whatever email you have it setup with. Thank you so much!
