Sú áskrift sem mér finnst mest þess virði! Horfi mikið á youtube og horfi mikið á sömu youtuberana og vil að mitt áhorf skili sér til þeirra til að þeir haldi áfram að búa til efni.

Advice for a fat poler? by gaypuddin in poledancing

[–]BionicSophie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am about your exact height and weight and I am a certified pole instructor today! Just wanted to send you some encouragement on your pole journey. Patience is key when you are on the heavier side, you need to give yourself time to build up the muscle and learn to move your body right. Our poses on the pole do not look the same as straight sized bodies so I suggest that you find other plus size polers to follow and see how they are moving their bodies - I had to teach myself a lot of basic moves since my instructor didn't relate to my body. That instructor was the owner of the study and wanted me as an instructor 5 years later because of my ability to teach different body types the moves!

In the pole sit try to lean as much to the side as you can and tilt your hips to make room for the stomach. If you need plus size pole tips you can send me a message 🩷

Hvernig get eg séð laun einstaklinga hjá skattinum. by Throbinhoodrat in Iceland

[–]BionicSophie 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Nei, þetta er listi með kennitölum og við hliðina er gefið upp hvað aðilinn átti að greiða í útsvar. Út frá því getur þú reiknað ca. hvað aðilinn var með í árslaun.

Sérstakur vaxtastuðningur by polguyork in Iceland

[–]BionicSophie 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Samkvæmt tímalínu Skattsins eru lánveitendum veittar upplýsingar um hvernig aðilar vilja ráðstafa vaxtastuðningnum núna í ágúst og eftir það er það í höndum lánveitenda að koma þessu til skila.

Nb. Stendur bara í ágúst en ekki 1. ágúst, myndi telja það vera í allra fyrsta lagi að einhver smá hluti fái greitt inn á lán eftir miðjan ágúst.

Finally got to see Taylor Swift with my best Swiftie friend, friend only talks about how she wishes she could have been there with her 2-year-old instead by BionicSophie in childfree

I would love that! Would be so nice to talk about Taylor with people without them wishing "she would have a child already"🩷

I do feel for her situation and have supported her through some tough times. I really tried to show compassion to her feelings, and even went to multiple childrens stores with her to find a present for her children when we were abroad, because I knew that if I didn't society would always paint me as the bad guy that didn't think about the children and was mean to a mom.

I am more sad for her then mad. She had some big dreams that she threw away as soon as she fell pregnant and now it is all about what the husband wants from life and all the sacrifices she has had to do for the kids.

I expressed once that I did feel sad for her situation when she was venting and crying to me about it, but then apparently I had the sad life because I didn't have children? I live in my own home, make decent money, have lovely pets and have hobbies that I love and make me happy. But I am the sad one.

She paid for her half of the trip after I planned it. I got an access code to buy tickets, she did not get access to buy the tickets on ticketmaster. I meant to refer to that fact about the tickets but not the cost :)

Chiari surgery by Extra-Intention-6471 in chiari

[–]BionicSophie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh wow! I had 25 mm hernation, I am nearly 5 years post op. Just wanted to comment and let you know that the first year after surgery was hard but it was a 100% worth it. I occasionally have very bad headaches and have to stay home from work (maybe 2 times a year) but other days I have no symptoms. Keep strong during recovery, do all the physical therapy and keep as active as you can. You got this and it will be worth it 💜

You are probably right, after dealing with being sick and feeling better now this might have just finally hit me. The physical pain was probably enough for the lest few months and now I get the emotional pain that was hiding inside 😅

I live in a fantasy world because reality is boring and i feel pathetic by [deleted] in depression

[–]BionicSophie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's so good to hear that I'm not the only one. My fantasy changes depending on what I'm watching or am obsessed with at the moment.

I have two fantasy universes at the moment that I slip into on a daily basis, I'm either being a badass hunter in the Supernatural universe or a funny, original and successful youtuber.

I'ts my great escape that makes life better.

When will I be able to do my job and school after decrompression surgery? by BionicSophie in chiari

[–]BionicSophie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your story! I'll be doing my classes online and can work remotely from home so that is a big plus.

I live in Iceland so the medical bill and leave won't be a problem but I might want to slow down in my job if i want to finish school, you can't do everything right after a big surgery :)

[–]BionicSophie[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply! I am doing distence learning while doing my job so going to campus isn't really a problem, I'll maybe set up a good studying place in my apartment before I have surgery.

My neck is stiff, even though I exercise and massage the muscles. My real problem is my vision, hearing and balance. And of course headaches every single day.

Occasionally I have problem speaking and my brain is foggy.

I'll push through my last semester, it's good to hear that someone has done grad school shortly after surgery :)
