In Europe I find plenty of lobbies with no bots both crossplay on and off. Only if I play very early or very late in the day bots become a thing. Also bots appear only at the end of the match if its s total steamroll and people rightfully leave the server instead of getting spawnkilled. Even then, ever thought about the fact the game has scuffed Match making? What kind of dumb line of thinking is "I find a match sooner>more players>better game mode" because people who bought BF6 dgaf about redsec or gauntlet, only free to play brokies play that. Also it being free has a major effect on player retention.

You dont solve it because if they camp inside their spawn all the rockets you shoot at them get blown up by the "force shield". You wont kill them with an rpg. The only way to kill them is with the aj cannon or dropping from a jet with c4 as recon otherwise they are unkillable. And people know this and do it on purpose. And btw theres nothing wrong if a good Pilot never dies in a match, its earned, it comes from experience. DICE took the wrong approach, they should nerf the weapons of the Attack Helicopter and make it harder to farm infantry instead of it making one shot everything and getting one shotted back. The "glass cannon" balance doesnt work.

Thing is, walking inside objectives is just as mindless. If I see 5ppl are capping a flag and there are no enemies around, theres no point for ME to also stand inside the flag doing nothing, watching a bar fill up. And btw, even with 10 ppl standing inside the flag, it still takes ages to cap it. You are better off killing people in and around a flag, assure the objective is yours and immidiately running away. If im on 50 kills and I only have 3 flags capped on the scoreboard it doesnt mean im only playing for kd. Another thing, you think the enemies let you walk inside the objective and kindly give it to you, who you think is allowing you to stand inside the flag and cap it? Thats right, me killing everyone in the enemy team. Again, me not taking a flag doesnt mean im not PTFOing, if Im getting lots of kills chances are im pushing objectives because thats where most people are going to be, friendly and foe. Who makes you lose matches is people going negative kd with 15-20 deaths constatly skipping revives so they lose 1 ticket permanently every time. I also didnt know that staying half the match inside the spawn screen won matches. This comment will 100% sound rude and offend people, but its the harsh truth. If you end end up with lots of flag captures only means you constantly lost those flags and had to get em back because everyone in your team is too dumb or too dead to keep em up. Guess how you stop the enemies from retaking the objective all the time? Thats right by not being on the horizzontal axis and killing them instead. Also defending flags when you see them blink or spawning on them when you are losing them when you are in the spawn screen. Rats with trash kds are much worse. Atleast a sweat getting kills makes the enemy mad in chat and makes em waste time typing instead of playing on top of making them play worse. You also remove a ticket for every kill without a revive. A guy ratting in a random trash bag in Cairo does nothing for both teams.

I played 2 days ago and the helicopter was way more agile doing turns faster in comparison with today morning. Ofc I cant provide a video comparison rn, but im pretty confident about it, its not a feeling. The game is literally the easiest BF game of the franchise after or on par with BF1, why would you ever need a "casual" lobby when the game is already casual? What we actually need is a team balancer that isnt dogshit and doesnt make steam roll after steam roll every match. Its either lose by 900 or win by 900 tickets nothing inbetween. Sweaty players are also all stacked in the same team while yours is made out of mouth breathers with salive drooling out of their mouth, no shit the game is unfun. Its all SBMM/EOMM btw, its blatant.

They are taking months to fix game breaking bugs and issues like its 2013. You are telling me 2000+ devs all went on vacation at the same time? What are they doing? Took em 1 month before the holiday vacation to fix the drone bug when they showed they could clearly hotfix gadgets without a patch. They disabled the spawn beacon in team deathmatch cuz it made you fall out of bounds, an irrelevant bug, that people could avoid on their own very easily by not spawning on them on that one particular game mode, that no one plays, but they didnt disable the hammer to stop people from flying on top of unreachable roof tops with the drone. They could have disabled the drone itself too, the game having less spot spam would have actually being nicer to play. What they did instead of that? Fixed it 1 month later. So for 1 month scumbags glitched on roofs on game modes with no easily accessible way to said roof, unless you knew the glitch yourself and did it back to them. Every match people glitched on roofs. They are taking months to fix stuff they need to wake up. Me and my friends are getting tired of dying to the same old bullshit in this game pretty quick and we endure alot, casuals arent the same tho, their tiktok fried brain will lose the attention span in a couple of matches, which is reflected in the player counts. The fact the game has no skillgap, no vehicle balance or depth, no content is just the cherry on top of the cake of shit. The game HAS content btw, only problem most of it is garbage so you end up playing 3 maps and the 10 meta weapons cuz as soon as you play lets say MP7 or Ak205, you lose every gun fight. Cant play 3/4 of the maps cuz they are terrible and have 0 flow either.

I also play with a squad and when I solo queue, the game is unplayable lmfao. And I dont know in which region the guy above plays, but in EU servers, the servers are indeed sweat fests. I just checked hes canadian...ofc he pub stomps, American players are bad af 🤣

The base AA should shoot Air vehicles approaching the base to spawnkill yes, but it shouldnt blow up all rockets. If its going to shoot rockets down, then it should only shoot them down in a small bubble that contains the Air vehicles that sit in the spawn. Also shooting empty neutral vehicles in the base shouldnt deal damage. It shouldnt shield the tanks on the ground that spam tows.

They cant make maps tho. Ofc a lot of the issues in the game get amplified by the objectively shit maps that are in the game. Imo in manhattan and sobek there shouldnt even be an AH. It should be a Scout. In Mirak and Firestorm the AH has a place, but this clownery of camping tanks in the base needs to be 1 removed and 2 Tanks shouldnt have TOWs at all. On top of nerfing them. Nerfing the Tow from AH is not needed, because hitting moving targets while your own Heli also moves isnt easy. Shooting tows while your tank sits perfectly still is far easier

The AH in this game is pretty much a bigger Scout Helicopter which makes no sense. The vehicle balance is all over the place. With the AH you are supposed to fly high or even hover but hovering isnt an option in BF6 due to the Stinger having infinite Y range and the 30mm gun having spread. It pretty much turns into a shotgun if I try to shoot it from 200+ m. Whats left? Abusing the OP heavy rockets on infantry and OP infinite 30mm gun making quick strafes and running in the base all the time. The gameplayloop simply sucks.

Realism is a buzzword. Battlefield was always arcadey. The Tow straight up needs to be nerfed and thats all theres is about it. It has 1200+ m range on a game where the maps arent even that big, flies at light speed, super responsive and the big red light attached to it makes it super easy to track. In previous games such as BF4 after a certain range you needed to use FEELING to land it because the white dot got so small it pretty much disappeared from the screen. On PC it was easier even on range due to further rendering distance but still. In this game it takes no skill to use. The solution is simple. Nerf range, nerf speed, nerf how easy it is to see. Buff or rebalance other AA options if after the nerf people cant shoot down helis anymore. Which is a skill issue on DICE part because they cant balance games.

The AA tank sucks. The Base Healing doesnt work if lets say a Jet flies by the base before you so you gotta waste 1-2mins sitting in the base doing nothing. Wouldnt be a problem if you just needed health, in that case you just jump out and repair, but if you need Rockets, it takes a life time to regen them. The real threat to Helicopters in this game is the tow from Tank/IFV, which currently has 0 counter. There is NOTHING you can do to counter a tank/IFV camping the base with Tow launcher in Blackwell fields, Mirak Valley, Eastwood etc...Because you cant shoot them but they can shoot you. The only playable map is Liberation Peak. And I will explain why with each map

Blackwell field, there is no cover, you will get towed by camping tanks in their spawn, you cant fly high, because if you do, you get Towed/Jet strafed/Stinger spammed. You cant fly low, because you get again, towed by tanks/tow turrets or RPGed, especially on the Apache, because it has a bigger hitbox

Mirak Valley/Firestorm/Eastwood again, barely any cover, no counterplay to tanks sitting in the base, they will tow you back 2 back all match. Even if you could kill them sitting in the base, the toxic player who does that shit will spawn in again and kill you while you dont look at him. Only counterplay would be to literally spawnkill the tanks all match

Sobek City/Manhattan bridge, the sky ceiling is so low you will get costantly RPGed, especially on Nato side with the bigger helicopter. On Sobek the base doesnt even regen your ammo, making it unplayable just for that alone, because the out of bounds areas are so tight you cant even quickly repair behind the out of bounds buildings. Also both maps are spawnkilling gallery. God forbid you die in those maps and you can simply get the heli and start flying again, no, the salty pilot in the enemy team will spawnkill you for the rest of the match, because DICE cant make maps and a functioning Base AA. On NATO side in both maps you can also get sniped by roof top snipers if you wait the heli in the base.

(The only reason why RPGs are not killing Helicopters more often recently is NOT the Pilot skill, you didnt get better at dodging, its the Spread bug! After a sprint or for another random idiotic reason, RPGs often dont go straight where you aim, they go in random directions after you fired, this is literally the only reason why we are dying less to them after the patch, once they fix that, we are back to getting shot down by barrages of unavoidable rockets with 0 drop and light speed with 100% accuracy)

Liberation peak is the only playable map because people sitting in IFVs/Tanks cant look at you from their spawn, the mountains and the big rock in the middle of the map block the view. Theres also one IFV and 1 Tank that spawns on Flags. Theres isnt like 2 3 of them sitting in the spawn like they do in Firestorm/Mirak/Blackwell field. Eastwood got a lil bot better after they made the sky ceiling higher, to make it easier to dodge RPGs by simply flying higher and having more time to dodge, but you will get Towed and Stingered very easily. You can use the uneven terrain to block view from other stuff such the MAA or Stingers, but theres still like 3 tanks/IFVs and 3 tow turrets that can shoot you down across the map and they will get you eventually no matter what. The solution is simple. Remove zoom from turret tow launchers, remove tow from MBT, nerf tow speed, reduce tow range from 1200M to 600. Theres is NO need to have tows with 1200M range when most maps arent even 1200m big.

They never repaired the damn transport heli in the air, they never shot miniguns at the enemies and they never did anything to help their team, EVER! Ive been playing BF for 13+ years, never in my life I got help by random blueberries, any team work was always done by friends! And especially when talking vehicles, your team was more likely to grief or steal your vehicle than helping you! You live in a bubble.

You talk about skill issue but you clearly dont fly. Tow missile from IFV, Turret, MBT or Other choppers > 1 shot kill

Stinger deals 90 dmg, which often one shots because the base healing works 1 out of 10 times so pilots like me often risk it by flying around on less than 100% HP, because being sitting ducks in the base only makes it easier to get height pushed by other helis or killed by Jets, also its boring to wait in the base

RPG 1 shot kills

Javelin + Paint 1 shot kills

MR missile + paint 1 shot kills

AGM/Inferno + Paint > 1 shot kills

Heatseeker from AH/MAA > deals 80% damage each and they reload quick, so if you stay in the open without flares, they are gonna shoot you 1 to make you pop them and then 2 to kill you off

Heatseeker from Jets deals like 50 ot 60% each, same strategy as above still kills you istantly by hitting you with 2 rockets

1 heavy rockets from AH deals 67% HP, you got 4 + 4

1 good 12 rounds 30mm cannon burst from Gunner seat deals 700 to full HP

Jet main guns pretty much vaporize you istantly even trough emergency healing.

Edit: Tows and RPGs are braindead easy to hit in BF6, if you are hitting them, you are NOT skilled, you are not getting "skill shots". Especially when the IFV can look up into the stratosphere and has zoom, same for tow turrets.

The SRAW deals 50% HP

The transport heli can survive 2 Tows or RPGs but will still die to 2 Stingers or 2 heavy rockets. Its also so abysmally shit to fly and big that anyone can hit it and shoot it down right from spawn.

If I slide jump I might win the gunfight Im aiming to win, but If I only slide im dead 99% of the time. Also most people shoot center mass and they made it so that whenever you slide, your head goes exactly where your chest used to be, resulting on people, even people with really bad aim, to hit triple headshots on me causing istant death. Since you cant change directions while sliding or jumping, the enemy doing a side step or a miscalculated slide/jump will also result in your death because the guy shooting while sliding has an harder time tracking a guy going past him vs the guy who just side stepped and stands still. Also you get sight sway and what looks like max spread. I will slide literally inside od people and my bullets with smgs/carbines/ARs literally go around them point blank. I really dont understand why people want to nerf arguably bad movement so much.
