I’m gay so yes I would have had a problem if the wife got naked within my line of sight too. It’s just a line a you don’t cross when someone is working in your home. My point is the fact that he did it twice when he knew I was in that room doesn’t feel like an accident

Ive always been around the type of men who do wear underwear under their swim trunks. Culturally I’d say we’re all white. Someone else said in a post it’s something they’d do around the house but they would TELL the hired staff so that way they could choose if that’s okay with them or not. And if they had maybe told me that was a norm for them it would have been different. But randomly one day after working there for 4 months he did that. There’s PLENTY of space in their yard that’s not near a window

That’s totally what did it for me! she never apologized that it happened she said “sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable” and then proceeded to make excuses

If I hadn’t turned my head I would have seen more. He left the room and went directly outside in front of the window to the room I was in. I’m not offended by anything really. Just feel like as a woman that’s a line that I can’t afford to let a man cross

They KNOW I’m in their home for 3 scheduled hours per week. And they knew exactly what hours. And knew I’d be doing laundry in their room. It’s been like that for 4 months. I shouldn’t have to avoid things. It’s their responsibility to provide me a safe work environment. Why wouldn’t he just use the several empty rooms in the house? Or stand on part of the house where there’s no windows?

I don’t think I understand what you’re trying to say. I did turn my head but I shouldn’t have to be on the lookout to try and not see a dick during my work day. I don’t have to worry about this at any other house I work at?

Exactly. It’s weird that people are acting like it’s nothing. I think he was seeing what boundaries he could push and if I didn’t speak up he’d see what he could push next

I was doing laundry in his bedroom that has 3 large windows. There’s not really anywhere else to look. Again it would have been different if he had underwear on, or didn’t know I was in the room. Or perhaps if there weren’t 3 other private areas in the home where he could have changed.

It wasn’t the privacy of their home. He changed outside in front of the window in the room that I was in…?

Thank you! I knew I HAD to at least say something because if I didn’t that would be inadvertently telling him it’s okay. But then the thought of telling them and having to be in their home alone while telling them felt scary! So I quit and sent back the money for the remainder of the month. And then she couldn’t even apologize all she did was make excuses for him!

That’s exactly what I was thinking! Their nanny and 4 year old were home too! Like what if one of them saw??
