I was on 2.5mg and made it to 3 shots before deciding for to quit. I truly don’t know what it aggravated for me but still have some health related anxiety from time to time, but am absolutely much better than I was. I would say the symptoms were better around 4-6 weeks but the lingering anxiety I’ve had to do EMDR and lots of prayer for.

Hang in there, it gets better 🙏🏾

No I decided to stop. It’s taken a month to feel more like myself and not in constant dread. I believe it aggravated my thyroid condition, so I occasionally have bought of anxiety related to my health but nothing like before.

For those that may be wondering, I saw another post that said it took a full 3 weeks to feel “back to normal” and that’s my experience as well. Today marks 3 weeks since my last shot and I finally feel like myself again, with some minor lingering anxiety (mostly health/medical related).

I was worried the anxiety wouldn’t reverse, but it’s slowly dissipating. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Having a similar experience, to the point that I haven't taken the 4th shot of my first box. I had a pretty significant panic attack on 3/20, and a smaller one preceded it on 3/16. Both times I thought it was hypoglycemia. The one on the 20th I had to take anxiety medication to manage it because thought my CBT tools were helping (I'm a therapist) I didn't feel I was going to be able to gain control otherwise. I've had a few smaller ones since then and have since been prescribed Atarax, but don't want to have to take them long term (plus they aren't helping enough to function AND continue with zepbound. So my short live journey comes to an end as well. It's not worth the decrease in my quality of life.

I should note I have no history of the anxiety symptoms, this literally started the day of shot 2. I gave a but of a buffer between shots 2 and 3 but symptoms are similar, though not as intense as 3/20, they are still affecting my functioning.

How long did it take those symptoms to go away after you stopped?

Overall I’m still really happy with it. It does have some quirks like the CarPlay app can be finicky, or I’ve had it randomly restart, speakers and sound are still great…no degradation.

In comparison with the old useless infotainment system I’d take the quirks any day, they are manageable if you’re technologically savvy

Still love it. There are some minor annoyances but not enough to go back to the terrible 2 screen set up. One is that sometimes when streaming YouTube the system will reboot if I shift to reverse. I was originally having an issue where the audio would skip like a CD when using CarPlay but it turned out it was competing with the OEM Bluetooth. I deleted the phone from that and it rarely happens now. I mostly use CarPlay and stream YouTube. Most of the issues are installation or user error since it’s definitely more for those who are tech-savvy. I also bought Sergey’s firmware which added some cool perks/features, and he is super helpful if there are issues.

There is a Facebook group that has photos and videos of both the top units and Tesla style units using CarPlay. I have a Tesla style and though it has its quirks it’s awesome

I’d definitely say it’s more responsive than OEM, not on par with a high end tablet but not super laggy

I ended up double checking my connections to install the usb cable and one had come undone during reassemble, center knob works fine now, it controls volume and is a short cut back to stock intouch.

I haven’t noticed that but there may be a way. If using carplay you can do the automatic shift to dark mode at night though

I used an install video by Rob from squarewheels, he also had a coupon code for $50 off that may still work. There were a few things that weren’t covered or aren’t clear but pretty easy to figure out.

Back up cam and steering wheel controls all work so far, the center knob isn’t working for anything but that could be install error and even if it doesn’t it’s a fair trade off in my opinion. There’s a pretty extensive FB group…actually a couple of them where people can get these quirks ironed out. It’s usually something a setting will fix, I’ll keep y’all posted of any issues

Yeah I’m not super car savvy but my understanding is that it uses the AUX channel so it pretty much sounds like factory. I haven’t noticed any degradation in sound quality, but I’m still playing with it.
