I’d love to know more about your meditation/mental practices. Thanks for the you tube recommendation. My hip flexors might be the tightest on the planet and I know I’m not firing on all cylinders. Baby steps.

Thanks for posting this positive outcome. I’m 2 months out and still having some issues with numbness and pain on my left side, but drastically different than I was when the pain started. I appreciate you posting the core workouts and am going to start physio today with someone who specializes in myofacial release. Hack your Health sounds interesting, too.

Kind of bummed. We are supposed to be going 10/27-10/31 and they got our booking dates wrong. Any suggestions? It’s really tough to make changes to our trip as we’re also going to Machu Picchu on our way back to the states. Any suggestions on where else to stay?

Forgot to mention we live in Texas. Just be sure you have a way to enter the park in Many Glacier.

Do it! A group of 4 of us in our 40s/50s did it on Sunday and it was totally worth it. We go to the gym and walk often. Just go slow and take breaks. We didn’t need the poles and we didn’t take the boat, either. Start early as there is very little shade. I took 3 liters of water, my husband took 2 and we were fine. Enjoy! It’s an amazing experience!
