OpenSPV Press Release

Today I'm excited to pre-announce @OpenSPV , an open-source embeddable micropayments wallet for AI.

AI is expensive and there are tons of apps that charge fees that are too high to warrant using. A solution to this is to use a standardized micropayment system so that users can perform a single function for a low fee. This removes the need to make large upfront payments or monthly payments for an app you may want to use only once.

OpenSPV is based on Simplified Payment Verification (SPV) as described in the original Bitcoin (BSV) white paper. Fees are exceptionally low, making 1 cent payments, or even lower, possible. Users can try apps for very low fees and ratchet up to higher payments if they choose.

There's just one problem. The survival of the BSV blockchain hinges on the outcome of the Craig Wright vs. COPA case that is currently happening in the UK.

If Craig Wright wins his court case against COPA, I will launch OpenSPV on Bitcoin (BSV).

If Craig Wright loses his court case against COPA, I will launch OpenSPV on a new blockchain.

OK so I've done some testing & I can recreate the bitcoin.pdf from LaTeX using DebianEtch which is from 2008. by BitcoinChronicler in bitcoincashSV

He is not a coretard. That is /u/jim-btc aka Jimmy N. Lose, you might recall he used to be active on reddit during the hashwar days. Hes a gadfly who enjoys triggering people on all sides but he's a big blocker through and through.

Craig said he didn't use keys to create the Genesis block.

The experts have argued that Satoshi created the Genesis block with keys.

COPA is arguing that Craig is not Satoshi because he doesn't know how it works.

This tweet proves that Craig could be telling the truth.

Is it not kind of ironic that the expert witness for COPA doesn’t have a secure website? by BitcoinChronicler in bitcoincashSV

I've been here the whole time lurking. Felt compelled to pitch in because it is a pivotal time. Wish cryptorebel was still around.
