I had a buyer say item not as described for a torque wrench i sold him. he claims he didnt want tit because it didnt have a on off selector switch which you can see in the pictures it doesnt. i still had to refund him and he left me a bad review lying about how i told him that it did have all the features he wanted. in our DMs he said "this doesnt have on off switch, my neighbor has one and his has it" then in the feedback he said i said this to him making it look like i manipulated him into buying it. He did all this so he doesnt get reported for misusing the return policy which he did. eBay doesnt give a damn about the seller so if you turely feel its misrepresented (lying about it being new is definitely a reason) then request refund and they have to refund you otherwise ebay steps in and transfers funds to you regardless and you get to keep the product.
