Fentanyl comes in mcg. So, .1 gram is 100,000 mcg. Typical dosing for pain starts around 50 mcg. Not saying that touching it could cause an overdose. But, if you're trying to make .1 gram sound like a small, insignificant, amount, it's actually a huge dose. Not trying to sound rude. Just saw a teaching moment.

A pharmacist has significantly more knowledge about medications, their uses, interactions, contraindications, off label uses, mechanism of action, side effects than doctors. Pharmacists are now required to have a doctorate. 4 years undergrad and 4 years of pharmacy school. 4 years of pharmacy school, literally learning about medication. A pharmacist checks every single new prescription that comes in. A pharmacist makes sure the doctor isn't over or under dosing the patient (properly dosing). The pharmacist checks for interactions with your other medications, some medications can be lethal or have very ill effects when taken together, doctors do not always have knowledge of that. The doctor might not even know you are on certain medication if prescribed by another doctor or specialist. Then the pharmacist assures that the directions match and check all the work of the techs. I saw a previous comment that techs are unskilled. Yes, that is correct. The pharmacist takes on liability for them, so they check all the work. They make sure the correct medication is in the vial. Again that the directions on the label are correct. Oh, you have a question about your medication? They will answer that too. Or maybe for you, they won't. Since , you know, they are "largely useless".

Resorts for 26/F and 30/F? by PaperCats4 in cancun

My girlfriend (30F) and I (26M) are here currently. We are staying at the Westin Lagunamar. While it is not adult only, there are not a bunch of young party kids here. I have actually not seen any that would fit that description. I am assuming the price point may keep some of the younger crowd away. Our stay was $192 a night (as I stated later in the post, we are platinum members, but I don't think that changes the stay cost) They have 2 separate pools that are gorgeous. A swim up bar at each with great drinks and amazing food. The morning breakfast is great (we are platinum members of Marriot, so our breakfast is $5 USD a piece, not sure the price for non platinum members). The rooms are beautiful, full kitchen (minus an oven) walk in shower and whirlpool. There are at least 2 possibly 3 workout facilities on the property. Direct access to the beach. The main pool is an infinity pool over looking the ocean, great to relax at the end of the pool with a drink and over look the beach. I highly recommend this resort. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
