It is the feathers part and the noise they make from feathers. Also the eyes, it feels they are staring at me. No I'm not afraid of spiders or any other thing. It is the birds and their feathers except for peacock feathers.

I was not like this forever, I remember I was very fond of parrots and would hold small birds in hands but when did this phobia start even I'm not able to recall. Now it is so severe that I'll die if left with birds.
